| 内容記述 | 昨年度より西九州大学短期大学部との連携講座を実施している。今年度は長崎短期大学の介護福祉コース1年生・2年生を対象に、西九州大学短期大学部の鶴和也助教より福祉用具についての講義を実施していただいた。鶴助教は、介護福祉士の資格と作業療法士の資格を取得されており、福祉用具についてより専門性の高い講義を学生たちは受講することができた。講座では、普段の学生たちとは違う雰囲気や、短時間で少しでも多くの知識・技術を身につけようと努力する姿をみることができた。近年、高齢社会の中、介護ニーズが増え、高齢者にとっても、介護を行う介護者にとってもより安全で安楽な介助方法が求められ、ノーリフトポリシーが提唱されている。その方法の一つとして福祉用具の活用が挙げられ、長く介護福祉士として携わるためにも福祉用具の活用がこれからの介護者にとって必要となることが考えられる。本講座では、学生たちが卒業し、就職した際に健康な身体で介護にいつまでも携わることのできる手段を習得するためにもとても貴重な体験であったのではないかと実感した。本稿では、講座の内容とアンケート調査の結果を報告する。 | |||||||||||||||||

| In recent years,as the needs for care increase in an aging society,there is a demand for safer and easier methods of care for both the elderly and the caregivers who provide care,and a no-lift policy has been advocated.One of these methods is the use of welfare equipment,and it is thought that the use of welfare equipment will be necessary for caregivers in the future in order to remain involved as caregivers for a long time.We felt that this course was a very valuable experience for the students to acquire the means to be able to engage in caregiving with a healthy body for a long time after graduation and employment.This paper reports on the content of the course and the results of the questionnaire survey. | ||||||||||||||||||
