About 2years have passed since the occurrence of the new coronavirus infection. However, the number of infected people has repeatedly increased or decreased due to mutant viruses, and the Omicron strain is now becoming popular. Under such circumstances, the revision of long-term care fees was carried out in September Reiwa 2013, and it was obligatory to strengthen measures against infectious diseases and prepare a business continuity plan (BCP) in preparation for new coronavirus infections and large-scale disasters.Although there are transitional measures for three years, it is difficult to predict the epidemic of new corona infections,so early efforts to create ACP are desired. In addition,it is required to share information among staff, implement, evaluate, and improve. In addition, efforts to the workshop are also included, and it is important to conduct workshops multiple times a year, especially at facilities,so that all staff can respond in the same way.In addition,it was suggested that in anticipation of an emergency situation, securing and arranging staff, and examining the work contents(priority)with a minimum number of people at an early stage and reflecting it in the BCP was a future problem.
