| 内容記述 | 新型コロナウイルス感染症の発生から約2年が経過した。しかし、未だに変異ウイルスにより感染者数は増減を繰り返し、現在、オミクロン株の流行に至っている。そのような状況の中で、令和3年9月に介護報酬改定が行われ、新型コロナウイルス感染症や大規模災害などに備えて、感染症対策の強化と業務継続計画（BCP）作成が義務づけられた。3年間の経過措置はあるが、新型コロナ感染症の流行予測は難しいことから、BCP作成への早期取り組みが望まれる。さらに、職員間での情報共有と実施・評価・改善を行うことが求められている。また、研修会への取り組みも盛り込まれており、特に施設においては、年間複数回の研修会を実施して、全ての職員が同様の対応ができるよう研鑽していくことが重要である。加えて、緊急事態を想定し、職員確保と配置、最低人数での業務内容（優先順位）を早期に検討して、BCPに反映させることが今後の課題として示唆された。 | |||||||||||

| About 2years have passed since the occurrence of the new coronavirus infection. However, the number of infected people has repeatedly increased or decreased due to mutant viruses, and the Omicron strain is now becoming popular. Under such circumstances, the revision of long-term care fees was carried out in September Reiwa 2013, and it was obligatory to strengthen measures against infectious diseases and prepare a business continuity plan （BCP） in preparation for new coronavirus infections and large-scale disasters.Although there are transitional measures for three years, it is difficult to predict the epidemic of new corona infections,so early efforts to create ACP are desired.In addition,it is required to share information among staff,implement,evaluate,and improve.In addition,efforts to the workshop are also included,and it is important to conduct workshops multiple times a year,especially at facilities,so that all staff can respond in the same way.In addition,it was suggested that in anticipation of an emergency situation, securing and arranging staff,and examining the work contents（priority）with a minimum number of people at an early stage and reflecting it in the BCP was a future problem. | ||||||||||||
