| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は日本保育協会が2008年に取りまとめた『保育の国際化に関する調査研究』において外国人児童が入所している保育所について、自治体による把握が追い付いていないと指摘されている福岡市に焦点をあて、福岡市における外国籍児の現状と実態を明らかにし、地域の持つ特徴を踏まえたうえで外国籍児の受入れや保育をおこなうにあたっての課題解決に向けての展望について考察を行うことである。2019年に福岡市保育協会所属の278 の保育園に対して行った外国籍児に関するアンケート調査を分析した結果、全国平均に比べ福岡市の保育園における外国籍児の在籍割合は高く、その中でも中国籍の園児が圧倒的多数を占めていることが明らかになった。中国籍の園児が多いことを踏まえ、保育園が行っている配慮の中で特に言語に関する課題に着目し今後の展望について考察を行っている。 | |||||||||||

| The purpose of this study is to clarify the current situation and actual conditions of children of foreign nationalities in Fukuoka City.The "Research and Study on the Internationalization of Childcare"compiled by the Japan Childcare Association in 2008,highlighted that local governments have not been able to keep up with the number of foreign children enrolled in their daycare centers,the prospects for solving problems in accepting and caring for foreign children should be examined based on the characteristics of the region.Analyzing the questionnaire survey on foreign children,conducted in 2019,in 278 nursery schools belonging to the Fukuoka City Childcare Association,it was found that the percentage of foreign children enrolled in nursery schools in Fukuoka City is higher than the national average,with children of Chinese nationality accounting for the overwhelming majority among them..In light of this finding,we focus on the issues related to language among the considerations provided by nursery schools and discuss the future prospects. | ||||||||||||
