Here we report on the volunteering activities of nutrition education of the Food and Nutrition Course of the Department of Community and Symbiosis,Nagasaki Junior College,Nagasaki,Japan.The theme of the nutrition education activities was“breakfast,”and two activities were conducted simultaneously:educational activities and breakfast sales.Although the activities were conducted on a small scale on campus,the students participated proactively in the activities,as they devised the content of instructional media and the breakfast menu to be sold.
